How much does a consultation cost?
Our advice costs a fraction of a standard call-out fee, with clear pricing shown before you book. You’ll know exactly what you’re paying — no surprise charges, no travel fees, and no obligation to spend more.
Can you check a plumber’s quote for me?
Absolutely. Send us the quote and we’ll review it for fairness, flag anything unusual, and explain what the work actually involves. It’s a simple way to feel confident you’re paying a reasonable price for the right job.
Will you give me DIY plumbing advice?
Yes — for tasks that are safe and legal for a homeowner to do, like clearing a blocked trap or replacing a tap washer. We’ll walk you through it step by step, and we’ll always tell you clearly when a job needs a licensed professional instead.
What if I have a plumbing emergency?
We provide Australia-wide advice by phone or video, but we don’t attend your home or replace licensed trades. For gas, sewage overflows, major leaks or no water, we’ll guide your next steps and possibly advise calling an emergency plumber.
